We ship physical anatomical posters to Bulgaria, the EU, and selected international destinations. Shipping to the United States is temporarily suspended because of current tariff and customs conditions.

- Standard shipping: calculated at checkout (cheapest available option).
- Express shipping: calculated at checkout.
- Free standard shipping over 99 EUR.
- Order handling time: 1-3 business days.
- Standard shipping: 7-14 business days.
- Express shipping: 2-5 business days.
- All shipments include tracking and protective packaging.
Returns and claims
- EU consumers have a legal 14-day withdrawal right from delivery date.
- Returns are accepted for unused products in original condition and packaging.
- For transport damage claims, send photos and order number to support.
