2) Scope
- These terms govern website use and the purchase of physical anatomical posters.
- Products sold in this store are physical printed posters (NOT digital files).
3) Pricing and availability
- Prices are shown in EUR and may include applicable VAT.
- Final price depends on selected size and frame option.
- Prices, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice.
4) Orders and payment
- An order is accepted after successful payment and order confirmation.
- Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment card data is not stored on this site.
5) Shipping
- We ship to Bulgaria, the EU, and worldwide destinations.
- Shipping fees and delivery windows are shown at checkout before payment.
- Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.
6) Withdrawal and returns
- EU consumers have a legal 14-day withdrawal right from delivery date.
- Returns are accepted for unused products in original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless mandatory law states otherwise.
7) Claims and liability
- For transport damage or defects, send photo evidence and order number by email.
- Liability is limited to the affected order value unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
